Swimming is a team sport. Everyone is on the same team so encourage and help your team mates especially when the going gets tough.
  3. LISTEN TO YOUR COACH
The coach’s advice is crucial to swimming fast, so don’t talk over the coach and listen to what they have to say.
  4. ASK QUESTIONS
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, if you don’t ask you will never know: – just ask them at the right time
  5. BRING THE RIGHT KIT
Having the right equipment is essential to help you get the most out of the training sessions.
  6. ALWAYS GIVE A 100%
Always try your best and don’t let the little stuff get you down. You have heard it before but you only get out what you put in.
  7. FUEL THE ENGINE
Make sure you have plenty of health snacks to keep your energy levels high. Swimming fast is hungry work.
  8. PMA
